![]() ![]() I suspect that you have a problem with either your cyan or photo cyan (most likely cyan as that seems to be the hardest color to keep working). ![]() If you have a complete grid missing that color is not getting through the print head at all and the output color will be way off, as in the green look you are getting. If you have missing sections or lines in any of the grids the output quality will suffer. Upper left is black, upper right is cyan, center left is magenta, center right is yellow, lower left is photo cyan and lower right is photo magenta. ![]() A good test grid will have all lines sharp and no missing sections in the grids. The page should have six grids two across and three down at the top of the page. This will print a test grid that shows whether or not the print head is functioning properly. Make sure you have some plain paper loaded in the paper tray, press and hold the "resume" button until the power light flashes back on for the second time, then release the button (if you release on the first flash it will start a print head cleaning).
